Paloma

 Ingredients: 


  • 2 ounces Tequila
  • 3 1/2 ounces Jaritos grapefruit soda
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice


Directions:


  1. Mix all ingredients together over ice

Arizona Farmhand

 Ingredients: 


  • 2 ounces Hendricks gin
  • honey syrup
  • Peychaud Bitters 
  • lemonade
  • ginger ale
  • soda


Directions:


Elderflower Collins

Ingredients: 


  • 50ml gin
  • 20ml lemon
  • 5ml sugar syrup
  • 5ml elderflower cordial
  • Soda to finish
     

 Directions: 


  1. Shake up the gin with the lemon, sugar and a dash of elderflower cordial. Pour over rock ice and lengthen with sparkling water. 
  2. Decorate with a sprig of your favorite herb. 


Cucumber Gimlet (gin)

Ingredients:


  • 1 1⁄4 ounces Dry Gin
  • 1 ounce soda water
  • 3⁄4 ounce simple syrup
  • 3⁄4 ounce lime juice
  • 3 slices cucumbers


Directions:


  1. Place cucumber wheels at the bottom of a Collins glass.
  2. Add Gin, simple syrup and lime juice.
  3. Add ice and top with tonic.
  4. Garnish with a cucumber peel. 

Cucumber Gimlet (gin)

Ingredients:


  • 1 1⁄2 ounces vodka
  • 1⁄2 ounce grand mariner 
  • 2 ounces pom juice
  • 3⁄4 ounce lime juice


Directions:


  1. Add all ingrediants to shaker. Shake vigorously
  2.  Pour into Martini glass, without ice.
